The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.
At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better. Here are some of our recent MVP’s:
Jeff Paine: September
Making sure that our finished goods are accounted for and ordered properly is crucial when preparing to ship to the customer. In September, Jeff went above and beyond to ensure that the our finished goods inventory cycle was appropriately functioning, Not only that, but his effort in helping implement our new ERP system in that department was greatly appreciated as well! Thank you, Jeff, for working hard every day!
Lon Lanway: October
In October, Lon took many extra steps in working with our LHS CNC machine. His willingness to keep the machine up and running at all times, while also keeping up with production, has been stellar. It is relentless efforts like his that, at the end of the day, make our customers happy and our production run smoothly. Just like our LHS, Lon has been essential to our overall operations. Keep up the fantastic effort, Lon!
