Reed City Group’s June MVPs

Sep 23, 2020

The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.

At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better.  Here is our most recent MVP:

our august MVps 2019

Matt Walcott and Kendall Leyder:

Our first dual – MVPs, and also a great example of a true Reed City Group cornerstone: team work.

Matt and Kendall work together on the design team, heading the behind-the-scenes work, producing the intricate designs that make up our molds! It is their hard work and dedication that drives great customer service.

On an extremely short notice and without question, these two jumped in a car and drove a few hours away to ensure a smooth process with a brand new customer! It’s this customer-first focus that continues to drive positive results! Great work and thank you, Matt and Kendall!
