October and November MVPs at RCG!

Dec 18, 2019

The Merriam-Webster dictionary states that an MVP can be defined as: : “the player who contributes the most to his or her team’s success”.

At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better.  Here are our most recent MVPs!

Greg Gydesen: October

Greg currently serves as our Quality Manager at Reed City Group, but started as an apprentice mold maker and has since moved his way up over the years. In October, Greg played a crucial role in a successful quality audit with a new customer, while at the same time, continued to diligently work on maintaining various ISO standards and IATF requirements. Great work, Greg!

Doug Nixon:  November

In November, Doug did exactly what sets us apart in the marketplace: putting our customers first, no matter what it takes. In this instance, Doug was on vacation when a customer needed help on a project, requiring his assistance and expertise. Without hesitation, Doug came in and quickly solved the problem. It’s this level of dedication and behavior that creates a positive culture and strong presence in the marketplace. Thank you, Doug!
