At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better. Here are our recent MVPs:
Brett Bennett: January
In the first month of 2019, Brett earned the monthly MVP award! He exemplified true leadership, as always, by coming in early, staying late, and working weekends when we called. It is this dedication and hard work that not only we appreciate, but our customers do as well. Keep leading by example, Brett! Great work.
Scott Acker: February
We recently awarded Scott as our February MVP. Scott plays one of the most vital roles at RCG. As a truck driver, Scott is a foundation piece of our company – and in February, his flexibility and execution of any task thrown at him was unmatched. The patience he has and the willingness he possesses to get the job done and go where he is needed, is something that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Scott!
