At Reed City Group, we are team in every form, and each of our “players” are extremely crucial to the overall success of the company. Each month, we aim to spotlight those that have gone above and beyond in contributing to our team’s success. These people naturally go out of their way, for the better good of everyone, without initially knowing how much their contribution means. Their leadership qualities are a driving force that motivate those around them to be better. Here are our most recent MVPs:
Chris Ward: April
We can’t stress it enough – attitude is everything. Chris is the prime example of a team member with an out-of-this-world positive attitude. Showing up early every day to our plastics department, ready to work and do whatever is asked of is what makes Chris a phenomenal asset to RCG. Not only is the production team thankful to have Chris around, but his positive attitude and great work ethic spreads among the rest of us. Thank you for your continued hard work and devotion to your career, Chris!
Darrell Reed: May
Taking initiative when needed, even without being asked, is something valued highly in our workforce. In May, Darrell did just that – by analyzing a process and asking for some quotes on machinery, Darrell had recognized that there may be some alternative choices. By passing along this information, he was able to cut costs in his area and save the company some money! It’s this type of initiative that sets the bar high! Great work, Darrell.
